Our team's expertise has helped researchers store, access, and update large data sets using secure databases (Relational, Object-oriented, and NoSQL, among others), in multiple environments on the cloud and on private servers.

The Predictive Ecosystem Analyzer: PEcAn

We joined a large, multi-institutional collaboration to build accessible tools for running ecosystem models, with applications including models of genetically modified crops and bioenergy crops.
