AgBase

AgBase is a curated resource providing functional analysis of agricultural plant and animal gene products. Our tasks involved completing the processing of old data and updating the database with this information (which is now available on the web site). Additional tasks involve processing new data, adjusting processing scripts as needed for changing data formats and other enhancements, updating the database with the new information, improving written documentation, and providing support for the web site as needed
