Renata is a Data Scientist in the CCT Data Science group at the University of Arizona. Her background spans field ecology, data-intensive macroecology, and simulation modeling of eco-evolutionary dynamics. She is particularly interested in building computational tools to facilitate scientific research, and training users at all career stages to maximize their benefits from emerging computational and statistical technologies. She holds a Ph.D. in Interdisciplinary Ecology from the University of Florida, where she worked with Dr. Morgan Ernest.
